Begin Again Counseling is a dedicated partner and advocate for mental health. We collaborate with community organizations and service providers to offer needed support both on-site and at our Lexington office. We also provide services for individuals in addiction recovery, including, but not limited to, counseling, assessments, testing, Targeted Case Management, and housing.
Intensive Outpatient Treatment(IOP)
A structured, supportive program for those needing more intensive care while maintaining daily responsibilities. Tailored to provide the tools needed for a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.
Outpatient Treatment(OP)
Flexible therapy sessions designed to support a healthy lifestyle while managing personal and professional commitments.
Targeted Case Management(TCM)
Individualized, coordinated services that connect to critical resources—housing, healthcare, and more—removing barriers and supporting lasting change.
Group & Individual Therapy
1:1 therapy sessions to address personal challenges in a confidential & supportive environment. Clinical groups where individuals can share experiences, build relationships & strengthen coping skills.
